Statement Message: Paper Surcharge

Due to the rising costs and expenses related to creating and mailing brokerage account statements and trade confirmations, we are charging a 25 cents surcharge for each paper brokerage account statement and trade confirmation sent via regular mail, beginning June 1, 2010. We will for the time being (June 01, 2010 to September 30, 2010), absorb these costs. This fee will increase to 50 cents in December, 2010 and 75 cents in June 2011.
