In 1981 Carl M Birkelbach wrote the LONE BULL LETTER, which called for a market rise from a Dow of 3000 to above 8000. The reason he called it the Lone Bull Letter is that in 1981, almost everyone was pessimistic with record high inflation and interest rates.
Since the market high in 2000, Mr. Birkelbach has been watching a "Bottoming Process" of the Bear Market (which he forecasted in the year 2000 could last for up to three years). Now, he feels the Bear Market ended in October 2002 and a New Bull Market process has begun.
Carl invites you to read his four Lone Bull Letters from 1981,
1992,2002 and August 2003.
